Grand Union Tours / terms

Terms and conditions.

These terms apply to the Niagara Falls USA, Letchworth and Seneca Lake trip departing October 10, 2026.

1. Organizer and contact

Grand Union Tours · 2314 Bergenline Ave, Union City, NJ 07087.

2. Capacity, sales and confirmation

The initial capacity is 25 travelers, and the office manages availability. Choosing a fare, sending an inquiry or receiving a Clover receipt does not by itself reserve a seat.

The last sales day is Friday, October 9, 2026, in the America/New_York time zone. Grand Union Tours administrators are responsible for closing sales at 5:00 p.m. (17:00) that Friday.

The office checks payment and availability, then confirms the booking from [email protected] within a maximum of 24 consecutive hours after receiving payment. Payments made on Friday, October 9 will be confirmed that same day, before 5:00 p.m. (17:00) and before departure. If capacity was exhausted before payment could be verified, 100% of the amount paid is refunded.

3. Fares and breakdown

Fares are per traveler. Each total includes the tour value, US$30 for service and US$110 for attractions. Access to attractions and payment for services. These charges are not added again at payment.

There are no additional discounts or other mandatory charges on top of these totals. The US$30 is a service charge, not a tip. Tips are voluntary, separate and not part of this payment.

The child fare is displayed only as price information. Payment for that fare is unavailable until applicable ages, room occupancy and carrier seating requirements are confirmed. No free-travel rule for children under two is offered at this stage.

4. Digital payment

When payment is enabled, you may pay for one traveler using the fare link or pay for multiple travelers with one or different fares in a single transaction. For a group payment, review the fares, quantities, breakdown and total before continuing to Clover. Quantities refer to travelers, not rooms.

Clover collects payer details, processes the charge and retains the transaction. The Niagara page does not request or store card numbers, passwords or a database of travelers or bookings. The office manages bookings and room assignments through its customer service channels.

Check the merchant, description and amount in Clover. Keep your receipt: it proves payment and is separate from the booking confirmation sent by the office.

After paying, complete Grand Union Tours’ separate Google Forms passenger form with the payer’s contact details, Clover receipt reference and an individual entry with each traveler’s full name, declared fare and adult or minor status. For each minor, enter age on October 10, 2026 and the name of the responsible adult. The office receives this information separately from the Clover payment notification and matches it to the receipt. Submitting the form does not verify payment or confirm a booking.

5. Acceptance and communications

Before continuing to payment, you must accept these terms, the cancellation and refund policy and the privacy policy. A person paying for others must be authorized to do so.

Necessary payment or trip communications are separate from promotions. If a promotional subscription is enabled, consent will be separate, optional and unchecked by default. Payment or booking does not depend on accepting promotions.

6. Changes, cancellation and rescheduling

You may request a name change at no charge through Wednesday, October 7, 2026. For cancellations, rescheduling and refunds, see the cancellation and refund policy, including the amount on which each refund is calculated.

If Grand Union Tours cancels the trip or the minimum required to operate it is not reached, 100% of the total payment is refunded. Weather or official restrictions may require rescheduling. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of 100% of the total payment, including service and attractions; accepting credit toward another trip is voluntary.

If a contracted activity is not provided and you do not accept an equivalent alternative, the portion of the price attributable to the unprovided service is refundable. The full US$110 attraction charge is not automatically assigned to each attraction.

7. Destination and preparation

The trip takes place only on the United States side, with no crossing into Canada. Check departure and return locations and times with the office, and arrive on time.

The office will help you confirm availability and occupancy conditions before payment. Support for this departure will be available through Friday, October 9 at 5:00 p.m. (17:00), America/New_York. Use the contact details above for questions about these terms.
