Grand Union Tours / information and privacy

Your information and privacy.

How the information needed to inquire, pay and confirm the October 10, 2026 trip is used.

Inquiries, payment and confirmation

The Niagara page lets you learn about the trip, prepare an inquiry and make a digital payment when enabled. You may pay for one traveler or combine several fares and quantities into a single group payment. Choosing a fare or making a payment does not by itself confirm a seat.

Clover collects necessary payer details, processes the charge, retains its transaction and handles the receipt. The office checks payment and availability and confirms the booking from [email protected] within a maximum of 24 consecutive hours after receiving payment; payments made on Friday, October 9 are confirmed that same day, before 5:00 p.m. (17:00), America/New_York, and before departure.

After payment, Grand Union Tours collects passenger details through a separate Google Forms form: payer name, email and telephone number, Clover receipt references, traveler count and an individual entry with each traveler’s full name, declared fare and adult or minor status. For each minor, it collects age on October 10, 2026 and the name of the responsible adult. Google stores those responses for the office to match them to payment and manage the trip. Submitting the form does not verify payment or confirm a booking.

The Niagara page does not create its own database of travelers, rooms, bookings or capacity, or collect all traveler names directly on the page. The separate form does not request birth dates, passports, medical information, card numbers or passwords. Do not enter that information in free-text answers.

Information used and its purposes

Grand Union Tours receives the information you choose to send by email, telephone, WhatsApp or other customer service channels: contact details, inquiries, booking information and payment proof or references. It uses that information to assist you, organize the trip, verify payments, confirm bookings and handle changes, refunds or complaints.

To prepare a group payment, the page sends selected fares and quantities and acceptance of the terms to the service that creates the Clover session. It does not open a traveler or booking record. Payment details are collected in Clover under its terms and privacy policy.

The browser may keep selected quantities and fares and a technical payment-attempt reference for up to 24 hours, to prepare registration when you return from Clover. This context contains no names or personal details and does not prove payment. The office matches registration against the receipt. Guided inquiries are prepared in your browser and are not sent to the office until you choose to send them through the selected channel. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information, full card numbers or passwords in messages or notes.

The guided inquiry may keep a temporary draft in this tab so you can continue after reloading. The “Save trip” option stores the package identifier and date in your browser. You can clear site data in your browser settings.

Cloudflare hosts the page and the service that prepares group payment; it may process technical access, security and operational logs. The site does not include influencer tracking or advertising cookies. Technical storage does not constitute a booking database owned by this site.

When you open or use Google Forms, Clover, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Google Maps, an external service is involved under its own terms and privacy policy. Only information needed for the service or information you choose to send is shared.

Retention and requests about your information

The office retains information for the time necessary to manage the trip, address complaints and fulfill applicable legal and accounting obligations. Clover and other providers apply their own retention rules.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information, or ask questions about its use, by emailing [email protected]. The office may request details needed to verify your identity. Requests are handled within a maximum of 45 calendar days, respecting any shorter applicable legal deadline. Deletion may be limited for information that must legally be retained.

Trip messages and promotions

The office may send necessary communications about your inquiry, payment, booking, changes and trip. These communications do not mean you have accepted advertising.

Promotions require separate, optional consent that is unchecked by default, when that option is enabled and can be received. Promotions are not a condition of payment or booking. If you subscribe, you may withdraw consent by contacting the office or using the unsubscribe option in the message. You are not automatically subscribed by paying, inquiring or accepting these policies.
